Just picked up some tickets for the Cubs/Brewers series the 2nd weekend in April. I've never been there before...how's the stadium, the atmosphere, etc?

It's pretty solid.

Parking is super simple and relatively cheap (although I'd expect an increase during Cubs/Brewers).

Pre-game tailgating is insane, stretches all across the parking lot, absolutely the best tailgate experience I've ever seen.

Super simple to get to, right off of the highway, Miller Park Way, can't miss it.

The stadium itself is really good although there's some pretty bad sightlines depending on where you're sitting and also some bad glare depending on what time of the day the game is.

It's a nice park. I like it. I might try and get tickets for a game but not sure right now.

The tailgating is pretty legit. The only problem I've ever had is drunk Brewer fans throwing shit at me.

My only real beef with Wrigley North is that it's a dome. And unless it's like 70+ and sunny outside, the roof is closed.

And it's sort of like an amusement park. There's like x-boxes and stuff on little kiosks spread throughout the park. And there's a jungle gym and stuff for kids as well.

Just always seemed a little ridiculous to me. But it's definitely a family friendly park, I guess is the unbiased way of saying it. But since I lack genetic offspring, it's annoying, haha.

Outfield seats are great. It's like a grandstand in the outfield. It's pretty cool.

Drunk and disorderly Brewers fans..surprise surprise

And I'm with you on the dome thing. I used to live pretty close to the metrodome and I bet I went to 2 games in a 4 year period..the atmosphere at a dome doesn't too much for me. But at least I'll be seeing my favorite team here and the crowd should be into it.

Still have to shake my head at the sausage race, but yeah it is a nice ballpark.

It's a nice ballpark. I was there for Game 1 of the Miller Park Massacre in 2008. The Brewer fans are rowdy, but most teams fans are. Got some insults during the game, but after..besides the Cubs fans, the stadium was pretty silent lol.

Very nice ballpark though. Relativley cheap parking, easy access all-around.

Milwaukee Massacre...
Cubs and Brewers were tied in standings with 1 game left before the series.
Cubs won, and Brewers lost, so the series was set to begin with the Cubs up by 1 Game.

J.J. Hardy said that the pressure was all on the Cubs...

The Cubs swept all 4 games and absolutely dominated, and were up by 5 games at the end of it.

Been there four or so times for Cubs/Brewers games. Very nice park and especially fun to go to when the Cubs are good and you're at a road stadium with thousands of Cubs fans.

I have been there a handful of times. You almost feel embarrassed that a place like Milwaukee has such an awesome baseball venue, but a city like Chicago... well, I wont go any further LOL.
