...get so mad about moderating on an internet message board? From the apparent board that closed and members moved here, there is a facebook group devoted to another website, and even my own experience on other boards.......what is it that gets people so upset?

The other side of that coin would be: Why do people get mad when someone makes a mistake or says something dumb?

I guess the answer is, people just like to get angry.

I mean, Apple Jacks don't taste like apples. Kids just like apple jacks :fist:

Some people aren't aware of alternative sites where they may not have to put up with such moderation.

You are on a fairly anonymous internet website that is dedicated to talking about sports. People are always going to talk about drama. The more people you have, the more drama there will be involved. It's human nature.
