It's an interesting paradigm shift. Our era is certainly the convenience era, and most people would rather spend $60 bucks and get apps, software and games for their phones, PDAs, hand-helds or whatever else. Shit, I've got 12 games for my PS3 and haven't been able to play it for 3 weeks because of work.

Don't get me wrong, I still always get hyped about big releases. I've been waiting for Diablo III since I was 15, and I'm equally as excited about GTA: V and Borderlands 2, but I find myself playing GTA III on my iPhone a lot more than Skyrim or the other stuff I've got for the PS3. Besides, that only cost me $5 :smug:
