When the Wii 1st came out, lost a lot of weight thanks to that unit and the freebie game Wii Sports lol. 9lbs in the 1st week, 26lbs by months end (no shit) . But havent bought jack shit since then aside one game this past Summer. I really want a game thats active. I loved the boxing concept as that made me move, but obviously weak overall. Bowling sprained my arm after a weeks playing lol. And the tennis had its moments like baseball. Any solid suggests to get my fat ass up and having fun? Thanks.

I have no suggestions because the games I would suggest are ones you sit on your ass, but that's impressive you lost that much weight.

Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games. Amazing arm workout. Especially if you do the 100 meter dash over and over again.

Forgot all about that one. I was hoping to see a baseball game, but seems like everything is in kiddie form. damn Nintendo.

Oddly, most games can be played that way, kinda devoids the whole concept they were trying to achieve lol. But as for weight loss, thanks. Ate a lot of granola and water. Ate once a week whatever I had a craving for. Mexican, hot wings, etc. But I messed up the total, it was 21 total. 206-185lbs. Gotta start going to bed after work lol.

The Bigs? Aint that baseball? Crap, forgot all about that NFL one. But would it hold my interest is the question. Wanna get moving, but not have it seem mundane.

Remember when playing a video game meant sitting on your ass for hours on end and not running in place, miming playing golf, tennis, or volleyball, or standing?

Yeah, me too.

You could try out the Just Dance games. Depends on if you want to dance (or attempt to dance) or not.

My wife has both the Just Dance and Just Dance 2 games...plays them often...honestly has lost some weight...she's sexy as hell...maybe if you get the game, you'll be sexy as hell, too!

lol @ Just Dance. Aint no way I'd play that. I honestly wanted to get Wii Fit, but not thrilled at spending 100. Really trying to avoid any big expenses as some things have changed. Reason why I aint got a PC as I was planning.
