He held up a Fields #1 at the end of the press conference today, so almost certainly yes.

So I'm not sure the source this person is using for it, but they're selling Fields #1 uniforms on the website, though I suppose that can change and they're using #1 for everyone.

I don't recall ever seeing a QB wear #1, or that it was even possible.
