Right now I use Frank's "Red Hot" with mixed spices and a half stick of butter.

I'm not crazy about buffalo wings. I like doing weird wings like, ginger, garlic, cilantro.

But speaking of buffalo style stuff, my buddy does buffalo style fish nuggets that are really good. Sour cream/blue cheese sauce to dip. Really good.
