As we see that Floyd is playing bad the last few games and Humber being inconsistent, what about Peavy bringing his man date to the south side and that being Roy Oswalt?

I would be all for it. I only say this because he is really good friends with Peavy. If Peavy wasnt on the team I would say zero chance

I don't think he would go here for one reason and that is because the White Sox don't look like a contender right now. He wants to go somewhere where he can help a little and maybe get himself a ring.

I don't see Oswalt going to CHW...He's friends w/ guys all over baseball, and playing near home (mississippi) seems to be much more of a concern to him.

I've been reading that for the past month. The question with that is who do the Rangers move? They have quite a few starting pitchers already, some who they've moved to the pen. I'm sure they'd find room for him, but their current staff isn't too shabby.

Neftali Feliz just went to the DL I think...the assumption is they'd sign him, and if someone else isn't going to the DL when Feliz comes back, they'll worry about their embarrassment of riches then.
