I would say Illinois, followed by New Mexico. Oddly, the best drivers IMO are in New York.

Florida drivers are pretty bad. Mostly because of all the old people, that have no business being behind the wheel of car. Snowbird season is the worst. I-4 around rush hour is also jackass central.
Meh, there are pretty bad drivers everywhere. The worst place I can recall, was northeastern France. But a 'State', IL is bad, California is awful, and I would put Arizona and Missouri above IL for different reasons. IL is just bad, because a) people flip out over any change of weather on the road. b) the weather changes a lot.

Those Texas guys wouldn't be so nice if they knew you ate a horse. :lol:Illinois - ESPECIALLY THE BURBS (people don't even bother using turn signals for turning or changing lanes, at all)
Indiana is pretty bad, especially around INDY.
Kansas was pretty treacherous when I was on a roadtrip.
The best drivers I experienced sharing the road with was in Texas. Drivers in Ohio and Kentucky seem pretty patient and considerate but Texas was downright friendly. People on the expressway will pull over to the shoulder and wave as you pass by if you are in a hurry. Never seen shit like that before and I was kind of freaked out.
Never been to New Mexico. I've never driven in NY.
