I have broken my ankle which was bad, but the most pain i've ever had was when I dislocated my knee cap during football.

My kneecap slid to the left side of my leg and was stuck there for about 30 mins. When the trainer put it back into place, that was the worst pain I have ever felt in my life!

Im pretty bulletproof. Despite constantly putting my well-being at risk (baseball, hockey, snowboarding, excessively violent pick-up football, excessively violent full-contact sports on the trampoline/ backyard wrestling in the early 2000s, driving like a dumbass, etc.) I have never broken a bone.

I did have my ear just about ripped in half by a slapshot about a year ago, though.

NICE!

My worst Hockey injury was just getting checked into the boards, and I had forgot an elbow pad so i played without it, almost shattered my elbow. lol

I really haven't had a bad injury but I broke a couple fingers, wrist, half my toes and broke my foot. But I have arthuritois on both knees which is from lyme diease. And I have SEVER migranes that won't go away. I throw up when I get it and I get them a lot.

I broke all the ribs on my right side, collapsed my right lung and had contusions on my pancreas and kidney. That hurt pretty bad, but the morphine, oxycodone and vicodin helped. But the worst pain I have ever felt by far was when they put in a chest tube and couldn't put me on anesthesia for fear of my heart stopping. Worst. Pain. Ever.

i dislocated my left shoulder, cracked a rib and sprained my wrist all on one play...that was the only time anything on my body has ever been seriously hurt. I get bruised ribs all the time though, and muscle spasms in my neck.
