I just completely failed making one with Paint.net and GIMP2, so one of you Photoshoppers would be a savior.
Colors you can use: Cardinal red, Navy blue, white- any design is fine really. Whatever looks good.

Have the players names either next to them or in front of them, then St. Louis Cardinals in between them.
