He has some good ideas, I'd look at him. Like he believes late in the game, when the other team is going to shoot 3, have your defenders at the 3 point line, and not run there with them. He's like just in football, when the offense is going for a hail mary, you defend the end zone, not the line of scrimmage. The 3 point line is the target, not a 2.

I would rather have Byron Scott. I think anyone who sits next to Mark Jackson in the broadcast booth for that long must have lost some serious brain cells...

1. Calipari (He's great friends with LBJs agent & the Rose connection)
2. Van Gundy (How is his brother in the league, and he isn't?)
3. Scott (Best of the rest)

Exactly how many times does this situation arise in a basketball game? If the Bulls are up by 2 w/10 seconds left in the game 82 times a year, Van Gundy's the man for the job!

Lol it's Stan Van Gundy, and I'd take him before Jeff in a heart beat.

I'd take Jeff in a heartbeat. Those knick teams weren't really all that good and he got the best out of them. The one worry is if he can coach a little more uptempo.
