Fact is if just one of those Rodgers interceptions was actually caught by Mingo or Vildor its a very different outcome.
For everyone that wants Pagano gone....
No good defensive coordinator is coming here with Nagy on a short leash.
So who on the staff replaces him? That seems like the only realistic option to me other than keeping him.

No, you mean an established good coordinator wont be coming here so that doesn't mean a good coordinator wont be hired--he will likely be unknown.
Jay Rodgers?
I do think there's something to Pagano being a problem. Hicks's play completely falling off a cliff though and losing Goldman are big losses though upfront.1 word
PAGANO

Eddie Jackson is worthless. He's invisible unless he has a good pass rush in front of him as was the case at Alabama. He is not physical. Obviously he should have audibled out of that horrible blitz, they were in quarters and when he saw DT on 83.. he's the god damn QB of the secondary.
CorrectDT calls the plays if Im not mistaken
He's worked a few really good defenses, including obviously under Fangio for a few years.Just read his bio. Intersting that he was a college QB.
Further, the Packers went 5 wide and the bears went man across the board with a double slot blitz. That's cover 0 not quarters.Correct
There was definitely 0 coverage ?Further, the Packers went 5 wide and the bears went man across the board with a double slot blitz. That's cover 0 not quarters.
It was quarters, the safeties were bracketing the receivers on the outside and Eddie Jackson tried jumping the route, he guessed wrong and got smoked.Further, the Packers went 5 wide and the bears went man across the board with a double slot blitz. That's cover 0 not quarters.
Looks like they are in man from that top image. It was quarters, the safeties were bracketing the receivers on the outside and Eddie Jackson tried jumping the route, he guessed wrong and got smoked.

The worst part of all of this is having Hicks peel back into a zone..
He jump the route because that's his only responsibility on the play. It's man across the board. Bracket coverage is designed to dbl a specific receiver. You don't set your safties up to bracket in an empty formation with two dbs blitzing. If you did it would be pure negligence because there would be people open everywhere inside the hashes. I rewatched this play about 8 times now.It was quarters, the safeties were bracketing the receivers on the outside and Eddie Jackson tried jumping the route, he guessed wrong and got smoked.
