Pace should be given a little credit for having the brass balls to wait it out and not give up the farm to move up to top 5 to get Fields. He obviously had enough contacts to have a good idea how things were going to play out. Pace was a first time GM with the Bears. Since he teamed up with Nagy he has drafted pretty darn good.
