Oh wow, I didn't think anyone liked Hong Kong Phooey...hence why it had a short run. Good for you though.
I thought it had a short run for stereotype reasons I still liked it though.
A lot of my favorites were already named: Thundercats, T&J, Coyote & Roadrunner. A lot of the old Tex Avery/WB cartoons which followed the single immutable law: Atom Bombs don't Kill (permanently). Wasn't much of a Evil Rodent Empire fan (too Saccharine), but the Goofy Sports cartoons were always good--like my favorite:

Was also a huge Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fan fan as a kid.
Now, I was a teenager when it debuted, but I also have to mention The Tick. He's the only superhero I know of which *always* defeated evil...even when completely oblivious to Evil's presence. Yes the Cartoon version, not the earlier live action one--that one sucked.
