It's insane how much money you can make on Youtube making content for 10-13 year old kids.

People who will likely be bankrupt in 10 years.

Pewdiepie is almost 8 years in and still pulling 7.4 million a year on 10 minute videos a day.

Yes and as their income rises so does their lifestyle. Eventually people will move onto something else or someone else then there goes their income stream.

I'd be packing this wealth away, **** buying a mansion with rooms you're likely never to step foot in. Just buy a nice house and a nice car and put that money away for when you become irrelevant, which is bound to happen sooner than later.

ND is horrible.
So, where are the pictures of the deeds to these homes....

Lots of dumb people lease/rent crap they are in no real position to pay for in the long run.

This is sad to me tbh, but as a VERY SMALL SCALE landlord currently and hopefully someone who'll be very deep in real estate by my 50s, I have to grin when I watch people making poor decisions.

That isn't to say these people are engaged in financial idiocy, but i'm making a broader point. I just don't get people's thinking or habits when it comes to money (i.e. Car debt with interest rates above say 2%), but I am thankful bc in large part those poor choices enrich my family and will hopefully provide me with tonnes of passive income by my senior yrs.

Cliffs:

Millions of Americans are just plain stupid when it comes to managing their money.

Logan Paul did a YouTube video of him signing the deed. His brother was renting a mansion until for $17,000 a month until he decided to buy a mansion as well and the new Lamborghini Huracan Performante to go with it.

What are their videos about? Good for them found a way to get rich

My nephews watch this guy play video games and mine craft. I’m like why watch him just play the damn game they look at me like I’m an idiot. They even had me take them to a live event. I don’t get it but some things change. I didn’t grow up with the tech they are growing up with.

Don’t forget about Roman Atwood. This dude bought a house in the country where he’s from in Ohio And pimped it out With his own backyard water park. He was in on some of the original prank videos but now mostly does the vlogs of what him and his family are up to. He also makes a tonn of cash on merchandise With his online store.

There are one of these fellows in the north chicagoland area.
Guy paid close to 6 figures to get a dedicated fiber to his house with a five figure monthly cost.
All for a video game player that now has tons of cash and a girlfriend that was a maxim cover girl.

I dont get the attraction that kids have for these guys, but whatever. good for him.

I wonder if guys like this buy awesome stuff for their parents and then say "hey mom- remember how you used to yell at me for "wasting my life" playing video games? Well, enjoy your new caddy!
