Because the team only seems to be able to act like they know how to play football after they're down multiple scores.
Now we can match scores, but the defense will continue to allow scores so matching will never catch up.
And for the record I don't believe in garbage time. But something is going on here. I'd lean more towards this being gambling and fixed games before I'd believe it has anything to do with garbage time.
