MONTEZ SWEAT vs ANDREW WYLIE

It only took one year for Montez Sweat to return back to Washington after being traded to Chicago in a move that single handedly changed the Bear defense for the better. While the Commanders have had solid blocking all season, their strength lies more in the interior, as their starting tackles rank in the bottom half of the league. Already motivated to have a big day against his former team, this matchup could reek havok on whomever it is that lines up under center this Sunday.

JAYLON JOHNSON vs TERRY MCLAURIN
"Scarry" Terry McLaurin has had a solid start to the season with 35 catches for 454 receiving yards with four touchdowns and has done some of his best work in recent weeks. He had six catches for 98 yards in a Week 7 win against Carolina. And two weeks ago, McLaurin scored a pair of touchdowns against the Baltimore Ravens, but he will have a tough challenge this week, going up against Jaylon Johnson. According to PFF, Johnson has allowed one touchdown in his last 861 coverage snaps. Johnson’s 81.3 defensive grade ranks sixth among all corners, as does his 81.0 coverage grade. Johnson has played 213 coverage snaps this season, allowing zero touchdowns, a 52.6 percent catch rate, and only 113 receiving yards. He has two interceptions and two pass break-ups this season, and he’s only allowed his matchups ten receptions in six games.

AMEN OGBONGBEMIGA vs MY BROWER'S SPELL CHECK

That certainly is a name, sir. Hope he starts tearing it up this season so I can hear announcers try to tackle that name multiple time a game!

Really hoping Daniels is out. But if he starts, hope he's struggling through the injury. If he's 100% that's a very tough game. I still think we COULD win it. Should be a great game.

If our secondary was healthy I’d want him to play to see how our defense does against their offense…but since we have a couple of guys out, I’m hoping for mariota. Either way, just win, baby.

Why would anyone not want a shot to beat Washington's best?

Because the Bears nickel corner is out??

Because we know the Bears. Trap game
Washington is in first place in their division & is the best offense in the league. (Ppg tied with Baltimore at #1)

How is that a trap game?

Look at who they’ve put up those numbers against. With the exception of the Ravens, they haven’t played a defense like the Bears.
