Lot of noise on both sides of the state line and legislatures fighting, but nothing substantive yet. Nothing imminent—still time on the lease. But I fully suspect it’s just a matter of time, whether that move is to the Legends in KCK or Clay County or wherever. It ain’t staying out by Independence in concrete-land.
