true but our catchers suck anyway
He isn't going behind the plate unless Montero works magic training him this off-season. Contreras in AAA ball next season made himself a bona fide catching prospect.

Still proud of this team. Year ahead of when I thought they would make some noise. These young hitters are going to get better. Need to add another dominant pitcher. Its kind of scary that 6 of our position players are not in their prime and not even really close besides Rizzo and Castro. The future is extremely bright. We will learn from this. We were outplayed. Nothing else.

at least a pitcher, a new catcher and a new CF or 3B if we move Bryant in the OF

Lol That was poetic. We were outplayed but I think 95% of borderline calls went the Mets way.

this team deserves to be applauded for what they have done all season long but i expected them to do much better in this series, if we were beaten by the Cardinals probably it would have been a less disapointment

I am just going to take the high road and say congrats Mets. My eyes are not happy but they simply outplayed us the entire series. It is hard to be more dominate than leading every single inning. Just in shock.

It's clear that you don't understand the difference in playoff games and regular season games. This pitching staff doesn't have nearly enough hard throwers.

you're missing the humor from early Wednesday with Beckdawg.
