I lived in the St. Louis metro area in the early 70s, the mid 90s and from '02 to '05.

I dislike the Blues, Wings and Canucks equally.

HA! Two days after JM was hired I saw him walking down the concourse with Roan. I was like, it fucking figures. The first time in 15 years I had EVER seen Dan Roan walking in the United Center.

Another crappy WGN game. At least I can watch this one on FSMW. Unlike most of you I like the Blues because I get their games and watch them all the time if the Hawks aren't on, but Hawks are my team so tonight the Blues need to suck.

Can we just like go on strike or something until all games are off of WGN. I'm sorry WGN sucks ass. I either have to watch their feeds which reminds me of the picture quality of the 60s or I have to watch the other team's feed and well most the opposing play by play guys suck ass.

They don't even have to go as far as getting another ex-player---for chrissakes WGN could let Rich King be the anchor! He's filled in for that moron Roan a few times before on the Hawks broadcasts and was infinitely better. . .at the very least he was inoffensive and tolerable. At least King seems to have some semblance of basic hockey knowledge. No one could be more of a tool in terms of covering the Hawks than Roan excepting the sports anchors on Channels 2, 5, and 7 who believe it or not are even more inept than Roan. At least DR has admitted he's still learning the game (though obviously he's "Slingblade" slow) but the others just act like they have been "down" with hockey and covering the Hawks beat for years and would never in a million years admit they don't know jack shit about one of the 4 major pro sports---RME.
