The Hawks and Bulls may be considering a sign-and-trade that would send Jamal Crawford to Chicago.
The Bulls just pulled Keith Bogans off the practice court, and it seems he'll be involved in whatever deal they make to shore up their SG spot. Crawford would give the Bulls the exact punch they had been lacking at SG, but check back soon for updates. Dec 9 - 4:58 PM

Rip was going to sign a 3-yr $9 million deal with the Bulls last year if he took the buyout from the Cavs at the trade deadline...

@SherrodbCSN: #Celtics would love a shot at landing Rip Hamilton. However, FO exec says he will most likely join the #Bulls.

That fuckin sucks if they were about to trade for Crawford and then once Rip got released decided to go the cheaper route

So we are possibly getting Rip, plus a trade for Crawford? I'm sure it's one or the other..

KCJHoop #Bulls quiet for now, but lots of chatter on Rip Hamilton signing after Pistons buy him out. Was told they want ball-handler/scorer.

they could do both.

sign hamilton.. and then do w/e trade they would have done anyway if they even had one in place.

We're already over the cap. It wouldn't change anything

If inclined, Chi Bulls wouldn't do too bad hitting discount bin for SG help, w/Rip, Vince and RJefferson available

I don't see why everyone is excited about Richard Hamilton. He doesn't fit the needs that most people on here seem to want in a SG. I am hoping he goes somewhere else

Damn heat writers

Michael Wallace is as dumb and uninformed as the Heat fans that follow him. He tweeted a comparison about how Pujols followed the money when Lebron followed the ring and said why you mad? Little did he know the Marlins offered 25M more than the Angels and Pujols already has a ring. Just an awful tweet. He needs to shut his fat trap.

Rip is great when he wants to be. But I'm more concerned with his motivation. A few of the more recent Pistons teams were still stacked, but half the team didn't give enough of a shit to win ballgames. I think if we got good Rip, his playstyle would fit. The problem is, where the **** has good Rip been? It's not all age, because he's 33 and still has most of his legs.

If you find a decent Heat writer, please let us know.
