They turn right (slightly) as they go down the straightaways to counteract the artificial tendencey of their car to always want to turn to the left. Depending, of course, on the track/track-type and the amount of trim they're running in the steering.

Man, I like Kyle but that was too much. If he was mad and wanted to spin him he should have done it the other way and not head on into the wall at over 100 MPH. And honestly in my opinion Hornaday got loose when they went 3 wide with that lapped truck. I don't know why Kyle should have even been that mad at Ron. I bet NASCAR fines the shit out of him for that.
