Seeing his team lose their composure, year after year when it matters most... that's a bad coach.

He would have most certainly been fired if they dropped game 7 to Chicago. If they drop this one to Boston... I think it could be a coin flip if he stays.

I don't understand how you can expect to be taken seriously as a head coach in the NHL, an inherently 'tough-guy' sport, when the first thing people think of upon hearing your name is:

true but boston has been playing them tough in vancouver, all close games that could of gone either way...

So if Luongo shits the bed tonight and Vancouver loses...

that would absolutely be near the top of all time NHL melt downs, right? If Van loses a close one and Luongo plays well- it's still a monumental failure for the team and Luongo. But if the loss is all on Roberto... when is the last time something like that has happened?

I've been trying to think of something similar, but I'm drawing a blank.

Considering this is the last game, is it correct to assume any suspensions on flagrants are not served until the Fall?. And if true, how much does it change strategies...if at all?.
