I like how a lot of the guys look going into the playoffs. I like Shaw, Oduya, Stalberg as 3 guys that could really help out the core and have solid playoffs.



With Keith coming back and Toews down the road I think this team has capabilities of doing some good things.

So fucking pumped, been an interesting year to say the least. Who would have thought Shaw would be a key player on this team. Can't wait until next week when the puck drops and its win or go home.

See I don't see it by default. We were never OUT of the playoffs. They had to WIN to knock us out. We didn't back in, we were already there. They failed to knock us out.



I could never understand that. They were not ahead of us at anytime. They lost and failed to knock us out of the spot we already held.

I rememeber being at my brother-in-laws house with 30 others watching the night we won the Cup.....when Kane scored the overtime goal, everyone started cheering, I went into a disbelief shock not believing it really happened, then I looked at my brother in law, since knowing him since 1998, and went to many many many games with him , he looked back and nodded his head in saying its over we finally did it. At that moment I had tears rolling down my eyes. and covered myself in the Blackhawks flag and balled my eyes out, tears held back since 1991. Then the Drinking began with shots from a mini cup that one friend of my brother in law brought with, but a idiot cousin of the family broke it by dropping it, Fucken loser. I still remind him to this day of having lady hands.

Indeed. What an awesome team it was. Without a cap they could have gone to many more Cups. Oh well, still better than the Canucks.

I think it has to do with we didn't clinch until Dallas lost.
