Interesting new look for the Pistons

Jackson, KCP, Harris, Morris, Drummond with Johnson, DMo and Thornton off the bench. That's a lot of youth right there...SVG revamping that roster.

they are gunning for our playoff spot...I say let them have it so they can take the 1st round exit instead of us :)

Absolutely. But with the youth of that team they're gonna be more than a 1st round exit sooner rather than later. Best players are all under 25.

meh, not that impressed with the roster as of right now. they are young sure, that doesn't = good though. if they want to be more than just a 1st round exit in the coming years they need to add to it IMO

Yeah I get you, but their core is solid. They're a decent team already and if they go forward with Harris and Dmo they all mesh well that's a pretty good squad provided they all play up to some degree of their potential.

harris is a nice player that will help them but there is literally no outside shooting on the roster really. andre Drummond leads their roster in 3 point shooting %....like that's a really really really bad sign IMO(he doesn't shoot many of course but hes still #1 on the team at 40%)

Idk about literally none. Jodie Meeks, who has been injured the whole year, is technically their best shooter as he can shoot over 40% regularly. Everyone else who shoots the 3 is generally around 36%, which is about average. I feel like KCP should be better than he is (only 31% on 4 attempts), but oh well. So yeah their outside shooting isn't really great by any means, but it's not entirely absent. I do think that KCP and Johnson are players who can improve from 3. DMo also shot 37% from 3 last year which is decent. Still could definitely add another shooter, but they have assets they can move to acquire such a player.

well, I cant count Jodie Meeks into their 3 point shooting when hes hurt all year  nor can I say a few "should" be shooting a higher %...their shooting is what it is, below average. you are correct though, they do have the assets to make the move to get some shooting and they will have to over the next year if they want to compete in the East in the near future
