eggplant is decent. i use to make alot of eggplant lasagna back in the day.. substituted the pasta for some lightly breaded and fried slices of eggplant

i really like using those japanese eggplants in asian cooking.. ive yet to find one in this country though... hmmmmm lightbulb moment

I've made veggie lasagna with eggplant, spinach, & mushrooms. Came out pretty fucking good.

sounds good.. the wife is off of dairy or id probably make one.. i like too much cheese on any type of pasta.. i make a mix of parmesan, ricotta and mozzarella and pile the shit sky high.. i may do a cheese layer if i have enough too..

or if im feeling motivated ill make a cheese sauce (bechamel base) then top with more cheese.. are you a bechamel or just cheese and pasta sauce top layer guy

I'm on midnights with "weekends" off. Technically, my schedule is Tuesday-Saturday since I start at midnight. Usually sleep in and out on Saturday. Always feels like I get ripped off a day.

I've found that napping during breaks on my friday(whichever day that might actually be, I've had a weekend in the middle of the week too) and taking a short nap when I get home lets me get the most out of a long day on Friday. I also supplement with, uh, ample amounts of coffee but I'm always a zombie when it gets close to bedtime on Friday too. It kinda depends how far you want to stretch the day on Sunday but you can sorta have 2 1/2 days off if you play it right

Dude, I'm also trying to find some beef shares. I'd like to buy 1/4 to 1/2 a cow. Of course, organic grass fed, etc. I'm having a hard time finding a place. Any suggestions? I'd rather make a big upfront purchase for high quality local stuff. Take my boys down to the farm, etc. Here is the website:

Nothing worse then guys who don't understand restroom etiquette. If there are multiple urinals never go immediately next to another man who is already going. Additionally if you need to use a stall always try to keep a one stall buffer between men. No reason our feet should be almost touching..

Edit: unless there is no other choice then by all means go. Better that than pissing in your pants or worse!!
