Dobbs has a disease hence the hair issue.
Of all the QB evals this one puzzles me the most. I just don't see him. Incredibly erratic as a passer. Poor decision making. His team underachieves every year. The team fell apart as well when one of the players quit.
Butch Jones is a shit show in Tennessee so i can't put too much on Dobbs. But I see someone who wouldn't even make it off the practice squad.
