You can be a great defensive rebounder and a pisspoor defender. I.e. Enes Kanter, Al Jefferson, DeMarcus Cousins.

The Bulls were the number 1 defensive team and number 1 defensive team from 2010-2012. The starting unit around Boozer featured Noah, Deng, and Bogans. The bench featured Asik, Gibson, Brewer, and Watson. All above average defensive players. Boozer really didn't have to be a great defender with all of those guys around (especially Noah flying all over the lane)

Now do boozer in Utah! I guess they just had an elite defensive group around boozer too, huh?! Boozers defensive rating was almost as good in Utah as it was Chicago

but I’m sure deron Williams and Kyle korver were carrying the defensive load, huh?!

Bulls have 2nd easiest remaining schedule in the league now. So they just got thru the toughest stretch in theory and are in first place ?

For real. Plus, I thought the whole point of coby was to have him come off the bench to provide scoring punch?

having him start with Zach and Demar makes no sense from the aspect of best utilizing him. He will get more shots and can get into a groove coming off the bench

but we will see. Maybe coby is hot and plays hero ball

Javonte made the most sense to start IMO

he’s not a guy that’s going to look for his shot, so he’s not taking away from the bench scoring. And he’s able to defend larger than his size. Keeps DJJ available to back up Bradley

When Lavine gets all net on his first shot, and that shot is a straight on 3, you can not let that much time pass and fall behind by 10 without getting the ball in his hands again.

They gotta figure out how to attack the zone better. Vuc playing around the free throw line instead of Bradley will help this a lot as well

Billy obviously agreed with me. Zach got right to the rim 1st possession. Then got Bradley an easy dunk.

Then they all started launching 3's
