i actually just had 3 A1C tests in a 9 month span at 5.6
I lost 48 pounds since I retired my cholesterol actually went down even though I’ve cut out the carbs but eat more beef and pork. and I feel better than I have in years. My doctor took me off 1 of my diabetes meds. My colonoscopy was perfect. I don’t drink beer anymore because of the carbs but tequila, vodka and rum is just as good. How about you. Are you ok? Are you on high blood pressure meds?

Nope it’s perfect. I have the Libre Freestyle and it will tell me if it’s high or low. No finger pricking for me.

I was a bit pissed about the Sox but I’m over that already. how about you? You seem overly concern about someone you have never met nor will ever met….doesn’t that seem weird

I’m retired but yes I built high rises in Chicago for over 30 years. Being football Special person is not something I’m familiar with can you explain how you got there and how others can learn from your sickness?
