The Bears acquired the No. 11 pick in the 2021 NFL Draft from the New York Giants in exchange for the No. 20 pick, a fifth-rounder (No. 164) and 2022 first-round and fourth-round selections.

Chicago used the 11th pick to draft Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields.

I'm gonna say the same thing I said when Pace traded up for Mitch. If Fields turns out to be the guy we are hoping he will be...not a fucking soul will care what they traded. If he busts....welp, we've seen that scenario many times....nothing new to us.

Hard to believe it worked out this way. I love Fields in Chicago. HOF type of QB. I can forgive Pace for Trubisky for this selection without giving up the farm. I was all ready and happy to give up the farm for him.
