Lawerence - very hyped, some said "generational", lots of questions remain.
Zack Wilson - failure, being trade shopped
Trey Lance - failure, no impact already traded
Mac Jones - part of 1 good season, benched and getting traded.
Justin Fields - up and down with flashes, probably getting traded.

To date none have become stars, verdict still out on Trevor.
Those top QB picks as a group with a lot of promise have so far bombed
out big time.

True, Lawerence has also regressed last year, they started hot and went in the tank with him fumbling and
throwing int's etc. Lots of question down there if he will ever truly be the dude.

Trevor Lawerence isn’t great lol. He’s mediocre

Lawrence was injured last year which really diminished his ability to perform. He definitely regressed last season. And yet, he's already taken his team to the playoffs and won a playoff game. I think he will develop into a great QB. But, I agree with you, he isn't great at this moment.
