Oduya has looked like shit lately. He has to be like -10 over the last 5 games... Seems like he's ALWAYS on the ice when the other team scores. Stop playing Oduya/Hammer against the other team's top lines, please. That is what Seabrook and Keith are for.

Bolland, christ. Give this guy a night off or something. Not only does he look like shit, he's making terrible decisions with the puck, which is usually his strong point. Total clusterfuck right now.

The Hawks miss Sharp/Hossa against the league's elite teams. That much is obvious.

THe Ducks are NOT an elite team. They have been playing above their mean all season.

But yes, the Hawks miss Sharp/Hossa big time.

Yea pretty much... 4 losses in a row, playing a depleted Hawks team.

Meh. The Hawks looked OK, not great but not awful either. Still thought they could have won this. Oduya is rounding out into playoff form and the PP is still shit and it worked tonight only because Kane is awesome. No biggie. On to Detroit.

Leddy was very effective getting the puck out of his end ,as well as being one of the only Hawks to be able to skate the puck into the Duck's end.

Oduya is a turnstyle and makes suck decisions with the puck, when pressured he gets rid of it like a hot potato.

The Ducks play a clogging defense between the bluelines frustrating the Hawks forwards, and when the Hawks dump and chase they finish their checks on the chasing forwards. In the Hawks end they pressure the Hawks continuously . This exposes Oduya for the fraud of a defenseman he is.

These trade rumors that imply a major trade involving a Hawks dman hopefully involve Oduya and not the other top 5

What did Oduya do that was so bad? Hjarll's numbers are just as bad over the last 5gms statistically. The Hawks lost 2-1 ..and one of the goals went of Hjarll on a fluke deflection. It happens.

ANA is one of the top offensive teams in the league, and the Hawks were without 2 top 4 forwards. The D is fine...Oduya and Hjarll are fine. They've had a tough couple of games..but not sure how Hjarll is blamed for the freak tip in or the puck getting shot off of Oduya's back vs LA. It happens...those 2 are fine.

Yes..they gave up 5 vs LA the game before. LA coming in was shut out 2 games in a row...and when that happens, more often than not good teams "break out" of it. They got some bounces that game to get them the 5.

Hawks are playing with a 4th liner (Frolik)...and a 20yr old rookie on line 1. An AHLer and 3rd line center on line 2.

Yes, they lost to ANA twice in the last 2 weeks. Last week it was gm 4 of 7 on the road...and last night. Easily could/should have won both games..and without Sharp and Hossa. Two pretty good players.

My favorite teams
  1. Portland Timbers
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
Let's see:

Hayes looking lost out there.

Bolland looking so far out of his depth he needed water wings.

Hammer and Oduya *still* making very bad passes

Seabrook lollygagging it and mailing it in until he showed up 44 minutes into the game.

Even Toews with a bad turnover at the blue line late in the game.

I looked like only Kane and Carcillo in the 1st showed up to play.

Man this game pissed me off.

The attempted pass to Hayes when Bolland went in alone on Hiller was a thing of beauty, VERY, VERY artistic, though the Russian judge - bastard - screwed him over with a 5, while all the other judges, even the North Korean, gave him a 6.
