Neat. Stop blaming ONLY Fields, you moron. Lol.

Idiots like him and @Spitta Andretti don't get it - they are too busy raging.

Its possible to think Fields still needs to develop and isn't there yet, AND also think the WRs and O Line suck and aren't doing him any favors.

The sheer inability of these guys to even acknowledge that the O-line can't pass block for shit has me believing they really hate Fields because he's a black QB, because I can't think of any other reason why, even if they think Fields isn't it, they would flatly ignore the WRs and O-line being total ass?

I mean, that's a serious level of delusion I have no other explanation for...

You all deserve to never have a great QB, dumbest fanbase in the league. You are an embarrassment and your mother should have swallowed you.
Most here have this dipshit blocked. I advise you do it too

Then sign a veteran because you're not getting that with a QB with less than 15 starts in the NFL
Why does a QB need to evaluate the team? I saw an OL that was dominated in pass pro and WR’s that couldn’t catch herpes from a cracked out prostitute

And while all that could be true

He still holds the ball way too long
He can't read defenses
He won't throw on rhythm or to a spot....he needs to see a guy wide open

He's even worse vs really good defenses.
I agree he holds onto the ball too long. He's gotta be quicker. I disagree he can't read defenses. I disagree that he won't throw it to a spot and would use that TD throw as an example of doing that. The throw to Mooney last week where Mooney made the crazy catch was put on a perfect spot (especially if Mooney hadn't slowed down at the 20). I agree he needs to see a guy wide open but I'd argue that's in large part due to the fact his receivers rarely get separation. I can't blame him for not trusting them to win a one on one battle from the start of the play through the catch. They never bail him out on a bad throw and sometimes can't even be relied upon to catch a perfect one.

He was okay tonight, not horrific, not good, he was okay. He had them in position to win the game after a disaster of a 1st play on that final drive. The only reason they were even inside the 5 was because of his scrambling on 4th down where no one was open. He put up almost 300 yds of offense. He had some horrific throws but also made several good plays. He completely outplayed Washington's QB.

Fielda most certainly is getting an favors from his receivers....but surprisingly the Bears (prior to this game) are 24th in the NFL in dropped passes with only 5. Bills are 1st with 11

I saw the Washington wrs drop a ton of balls that hit them in the hands as well.
It happens.
The recievers can suck and the qb can suck. It isnt mutually exclusive.

1. Oline is a joke.

2. WR’s are a joke.

3. Fields made mistakes but also made big plays. I really can’t be down on him after this game. Yeah, plenty to improve, but plenty to build on too. Not sure how anyone can make a definitive “he’s bad Or he’s good” statement after a game like this. Just another game I file under the TBD category.
I mean he had a 61.75yard GW drive fucked up by his WR’s twice in the end zone. Not sure what else he is supposed to do in that 2 minute drill, which was only a minute.

And that was after getting the absolute shit knocked out of him all night. Step up into the pocket? Well Mustipher already let his guy through. Oh, he should scramble? Well both tackles already got beat and he's got 4 DL chasing him while his entire OL is standing there with their dicks in there hands asking each other what happened

Throw it quick? To who? Every WR is blanketed

He's currently a running qb who has a decent deep ball.

The signature play for this team is a called pass, hopefully its man to man coverage, 4 man pressure with no gap integrity and no spy......and Fields takes off running......thats it

His qb play from the pocket is atrocious

You realize he completed 1 pass and 1 rb dump off on the drive

Bears need a QB who can evaluate the team. Not be a part of the problem.

This is the problem. We have no idea what kind of QB Fields really is. Part of the reason his time to throw is 3.3 seconds is because after 2.2 seconds he is running around trying to get away from the DE or DT that blew by the offensive linemen like a BMW through an Easy Pass toll booth. Hell, I can't say I would play better than the Bears offensive line but I sure can't see how I could have played worse.

Fields is either going to give up this year or worse, get seriously hurt. We won't have to worry about progression because he is going to get knocked out, literally, before much longer. I don't give a damn about what happens in two years if our future, potential franchise QB is either too shellshocked to play in the future or sucking his dinner through a straw for the rest of his life.

It seems every QB has good & bad, well maybe except Mahomes. Josh Allen just blew a game at the goal line to a much worse defense 3 weeks ago and he has a dominant OL and weapons Galore to utilize.

I watched Kenny Pickett play the Bills (way better then Commanders) and looked the part in his first start on the road. Kid threw for over 300 yrds in his first start and Steelers oline isn’t great. So stop with the not enough starts excuses. I don’t expect Fields to throw for as many yards with this core but Fields doesn’t even hit open wrs. He doesn’t look the part as a passer.

The excuses are amazing

Kenny Pickett looked great…. When his team was down 28 points and has weapons and a better OL. He had an INT and about 100 yards when the game was competitive. So yeah, get fucked with your bullshitt narrative

I am way more positive after these last three games. The GB and Houston games were a low point for me.
