Only one team bothered to show up. Glad it was the Hawks. Saad is great. Too bad about the shutout, but I guess the obligatory late goal is a thing this team needs to do. Interesting to see the D pairing being shuffled, Keith-Hammer, Seabs-Leddy and Roszival-Oduya. I think the lackluster play by Seabs and Oduya is what caused that.

they actually can interfer with hearing sometimes. Put a reg helmet on then a full sheild there is a difference. you can hear yourself breathing in a full face shield and its annoying. I doubt that is why stalberg didnt pass the puck off and mcguirre is an idiot but there was a touch of truth in what he was trying to say.

And for good measure, right back where he belongs in the Rookies race after a momentary post-ANA dip down from the #4 spot to the #8 spot. Just feels right to see him nipping on Gallagher's heels again.

Stalberg wasn't wearing a full face shield though, just a jaw shield or whatever you wanna call it. Either way, his ears weren't covered at all when they showed Stalberg in the next shot, haha.
