There is a lot of physical potential. He looks suprisingly athletic or a guy who probably played close to 375lbs.

He has good length and plays pretty physically.

I read one scouts take that he could be a star if he could keep his weight around 335lbs.

Questions I Have

-What is his commitment and passion, he transferred multiple times and left the team once.

-16 reps, even with 34" arms is bad and shows that he does not spend enough time in the weight room.

-Can he play RT? The Bears seem set at OG with Long, Slauson and Ola as the back up.

I like him as a project. Someone tweeted that he left the team to support his family. If true, I can't knock him for that. I'd rather see him as a guard and if he can play to his potential, could allow long switch to rt.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
  1. Michigan Wolverines
  2. Ohio Bobcats
the sixth round is a good time to gamble on someone who you'd classify as a project.

Dont know anything about the guy personally, but any 6th rounder that sees the field is either on ST or there are several injuries to the same spot. If he has the potential to be the swing tackle brought in for short yardage situations, then we got more value than I'd expect from anyone picked at 183.

Hopefully he can be competition for Mills.

A lot like J'Marcus Webb.

Incredible size, good athlete, and some issues above the shoulders.

A planet prospect with 34 inch arms, down to 332 at his pro day. The sixth round is a good time for a "low floor but high ceiling pick".

This is a trust the scouts pick - significant upside IF he stays focused, IF he dedicates himself to football and hits the weight room, IF he stays at 330 to 335, IF he listens to the OL coach.

Walterfootball gave the pick a B+.

He has a very interesting story and worked his ass off to make it this far. I'm sure the stories will come out now. But hopefully now that he has made the pros, he can focus on football 100% and we can see what he really is capable of.

Fabuluje says one of the first things #Bears coach John Fox told him is he's going to put him on a scale when he arrives at Halas Hall.

Incredible story

Dad was deported at age 5.
Mom is serving a jail sentence.

Left TCU for a year to work 3 jobs and support his moms legal costs.

Rooting for him.

I'm definitely rooting for this kid. Gotta believe Long & Co. will take good care of him.

Strength is not his issue, mobility is. I saw people giving him a look to the outside and dip inside, play over. Anyone who dared to challenge him straight up got locked down.
