Seabrook with a huge blast from the top of the circles on the powerplay!

3-2 Wings.

Right on Seabrook. Like seeing him shoot like that.

LITTLE BEN SMITH with the goal early in the 3rd. Crashing the net like a boss.

Foley just compared Eddie O to Hossa and Kane... saying he was a high skill guy like them.

Eddie did not deny the comparison.

Clearly they are both hammered.

Jesus, brutal head shot to Ben Smith.

Blatant shoulder to the head... how the **** are guys still doing this when so much is being made of it (and now Shanny is CLEARLY giving out suspensions)? This one wasn't even close- guy ONLY made contact with Smith's head.

Fucking bullshit.

I really hope Ben Smith is okay. I've been all over that bandwagon since overtime of Game 6.

Nice game. Fun to watch. Hawks win 4-3.

-Crawford was strong. 2 of his goals were pretty big defensive errors by the Hawks and 1 was a redirect off a skate in front of the net.

-Kane looked fantastic. Created a lot of chances and didn't convert on some of his own, but he looked really strong. 1g, 2a.

-Kane and Hossa together was really fun to see. Two wizards creating a lot of chances. Like Eddie O mentioned- a few too many passes on some chances, but it's hard to deny the pure skill that's on the ice with them paired up.

-3rd line didn't see a lot of ice (partially due to a lot of special teams play in the game) and didn't really leave much of an impression.

-The hit on Ben Smith was pretty brutal. Not even close to being a borderline hit. Suspension necessary.

-Brunette showed some promise... a few nice passes... chemistry with Toews.

-I liked the 4th line. I like Mayers.

edit: almost forgot... Seabrook had a nice game. A few nice hits and a bomb of a slapshot to score on the powerplay. Picking up where he left off last season. VERY nice. On the other hand, not a good game by Hjalmarsson.

And Stalberg hurt. I didn't catch how, but it was a leg.

Stalberg left the game in the first period with a leg injury which Quenneville described as "probably not good either."

Down two more forwards.
