I think the Hawks win tonight, I feel like the way the game ended last night kind of shocked them back into it. Being up 2-0 they were cruising along like whao... I think they lost the third (obviously) and I'm hoping it showed them that this quick, fun, dad's trip isn't all fun and games. They came back after choking away the tie, and played very well in OT and well we all know what happen in the shoot out. I hope the end of the last game refocused them, and Tampa has been off a real long time, since Tuesday. They come out slow, and Hawks make them pay. Hawks win 5-3. Carcillo gets the fight he's been itching for, an no I don't mean that in a bad way as a knock against him.

Well, they lost to Florida 4-7 then won 4-1 against NYI. They beat Buffalo 3-0 and then the Jets 1-0. Should have worked all the kinks out with them outscoring the teams at home 12-8

Stalberg is not the issue on that line its the slow guy on RW. Stalberg was covering Brunettes spots all night out there.

3rd line needs to get going again..it's gone bye bye. 3rd line was needed in a game like tonight.



Point is fine with me. Want 2 really bad on Sunday in regulation. We better have all lines rolling on Sunday. Canucks may suck but they will be up for this game.



We really need to see a game where all lines are on their game. Not sure if we have had that game yet this season. Which says a lot with our current record. When all lines start clicking at the same time this team will be unstoppable.

As far as Stalberg hitting Roloson in the chest, I am fine with that. Those can lead to rebounds and odd goals, it is much better than missing the net all together.

I would really like to see Q throw Brunette down at this point. Has he really impressed anyone so far? I know Q doesn't tamper with lines when we are getting points. But when I see the 3rd line struggling like it has been and I see Brunette really out of joint I think you can take a gamble and move him down and bring Frolik up to Toews. It's worth a shot for a game or a period even.



I don't think Brunette can handle other teams top pairings and lines anymore at the rate he sees them. The guy is bound for retirement the way he skates out there. It's painful to watch and it gets worse as the game goes on. I am sure Toews thinks otherwise though as it appears he has no issues with Brunette on the right side. I do and what bothers me should be addressed by this coaching staff!!!!!



Oh and while we may be nabbing points we have been playing far too many overtimes. Not really dominating games like we should be (Kane is though). Teams good...team could be playing better.



I also hope Leddy can shake off tonights game. Up until tonight he was playing lights out. Perhaps Q should have made the adjustment earlier in the game? But Tampa used last line change well. They exposed Leddy with Stamkos and they won.
