*tied for the league lead in points also one less ROW than the true top team in the NHL
<

Not that I'm counting...

That being said... I think the Blues are going to go the way of the Sharks over the last 5 years. Really great regular season but not enough firepower to win in the playoffs.

The blues are the best well rounded team but they don't have a bonafied superstar. Might bite them in the ass in the post season.

My favorite teams
  1. Portland Timbers
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
I can see the blues walking away with this one with the decimated lineup. I hope to the FSM that I'm wrong.

This...And/or Washington. The pressure of big playoff games will be their ruin.

Plus...it's frickin' St. Louis.

There is just something about this team and Nashville I don't like nor respect.

I have said Nashville will be a first round exit and the blues second round. We shall see.

sharks had three superstars at most points. Thorton marleau and heatley held those labels at some point. Hell throw boyle in there also. Too bad they go mia in playoffs and never get good enough goalkeeping.

Difference btw the blues and sharks is the blues have better blueline better team defence a better coach and a better goalie combo. They dont need a single superstar they have 3 lines that will score and a couple blueliners who will also. When andy mcdonald gets back yet again theres a guy who was averaging nearly a point per game.

Not saying the blues are going to win it all but they could def go to the conference final or cup final. Its a good team playing a good system.

Could become the new sharks but i dont see the simillarities.

I don't like what the Blues bring (phyiscal play) to a team that is already hurting and with the playoffs around the corner. Hopefully we can walk away healthy and maybe get 2 points...

maybe...

Montador is out so Frolik is back in...

Why is Hayes riding the pine? Isn't there a little bit of irony in the fact that since Hayes has been sat the Hawks have been creeping back into losing territory? Obviously Keith's suspension has more to do with it than anything but still, every bit helps. Ice the best damn line-up you can!

Does the Hayes sitting have anything to do with when his rookie contract starts?

He's only been out two games. One of them had Toews, Kruger, Montedor, Keith out and last one they easily could have won, but for Brodour. But it's a valid question.

Broudor 9-3-2 or somethign like that life time against the hawks.

Surprising that he's only played the Hawks 14 times... I know the Devils and Hawks don't play a lot but he's had a long fat career.

Throw me a bone? Pretty damn close.

You just want to get boned.

Hawks are a very good team when they all play and the other team doesn't get crazy bounces. Imagine all this without JT. I can't count the people that said Season Over when he went out.

Since 92. I know you don't like him but either way he is one of the best goalies all time. No doubt about it. not to mention off the ice one hell of a classy guy!
