I loved Bolland, knew he would be traded though

Furious he is going to my most hated team. That one stings.

Not a surprise really. I think most of us saw this coming.

But I will say that the man "Who angered Jumbo Joe to the point of such frustration that he intentionally and knowingly slashed Bolland on a SJ offensive faceoff in the playoffs, KNOWING he would get the 2 min and still slashed em anyway", will be missed. May Herb Bless him with Fortune and Good Health at his

new home.

oh shit that was classic. thats the kind of stuff that warmed my soul

I liked Bolland. I never much saw him over celebrating a goal. Most of the time he was tone faced, not even a smile. Cup winning goal aside. I can't fault him or anyone for celebrating that one.

I am glad he is going to the Leafs. He is from there, has a lot of family there, and lets be honest, I think the TML fans were Bolly fans with that 3rd goal in game 6.

Am I broken up over this trade? Nope. I wish him the best of luck and I hope he get to pot one against Crow next year in game six of the SCF where the Leafs lose 2-1.

But lets be honest....he ain't no Ruutu.

Is being a "Ruutu" a street term for something? Slang?

I'm not down with your language.

Toronto seems to be ecstactic that they landed him...but I'm not exactly sure why though (apart from being his home town and all).

They are kidding themselves if they think he's going to stay healthy and put 30 in the net next year.

It's obvious he solves their second line center problems.

Wish he could have ever celebrated winning an offensive zone faceoff.

Joking of course, I like Bolland. I think his injuries just wrecked em and any "flow" he might have had. And might just be a couple average years with glimmers of awesome. But in the cap era, you cant afford to have average years for that money.

And he does have some production, could thrive in Canadia, and not like it is a Gomez contract or something.

But once again, the Hawks have questions down the spine of the forward lines...

Well that's the same team and fans that think acting like idiots after the whistle and hitting and fighting are what makes for succesful hockey. Now they only need another guy like Colton Orr to protect Bolland and his back from other guys like Colton Orr.

Ya just know that Don Cherry's gotta-be-cummin-all-ova-hisself with good ole Ontario boy, Bolland, being traded to the Leafs.
