It might have been suicide, but a death is a death. It's still sad. Have some HEART!!

I've actually had people in my family commit suicide, and it's no laughing matter. If he did commit suicide, then he must have had problems...certainly nothing to laugh at

It's not funny but it's definitely not sad.

If he did it in the privacy of his own home and had the RESPECT for others....I would feel sad. However him doing it in a public gathering where children and families are.....I could care less.

If I was there with my family, I certainly wouldn't feel any remorse for somebody who would do that in front of children.

so basically the location of the man's suicide determines whether or not his death is a tragedy? sure I wouldn't like my kids exposed to this kind of thing, but you can never know what was going on in this guy's mind, suicidal people do things that seem unexplainable to most of us. I do understand your point totally though, just don't see it the same way I guess.

Everyone has problems these days. Suicide is the act of a coward and he should have at least had the decency to do it in his garage. He made a spectacle of it. He must have had it all planned out. He could have at least taken out Roger Goodell too.

It sounds like it wasn't suicide now, just a "tragic accident".

He was happy all game, until the incident and there was nothinng is his life to commit suicide about.

IDK now. Not it's more sad.

His employer said there was nothing to kill himself over. Somebody who only saw what he was allowed to see on the surface. Apparently the ledge where he fell from took "legitimate distance to where a person would have to go out of there way to knowingly get to"

Missing the Point!

Personally if anyone here can't grasp the gravity that someone lost their life at Soldier field and not reflect on how tragic that is, is missing the point! Doesn't matter how or why or whatever...c'mon have a little compassion for the guy and his family!

I don't think the question is about the compassion to his family. It's for the guy.

Personally I don't have sympathy for a person who kills themselves in public in front of children and families. I would feel bad for their family regardless of the situation.

It was the classless comments about "hope it was an Eagles fan".

That isn't needed when stuff like this happens at a professional sports game.
