Yellow/gray(depending on theme) means rep from a user who has negative rep, therefore it doesn't even subtract or add.

Never used the ignore feature before but tried it today and discovered it now also blocks posts where the ignored person quotes you. That was it's major flaw - thanks for fixing it.
