Yea I'm not big on that trade at all. I'm surprised the Grizzlies were dumb enough to even reject that trade. Oh well like I said I'm fine that nothing went down. But I am really hoping the Bulls can get something done in the summer. More than likely we'll get rid of our picks for someone,I mean cmon we have 3 first round picks.

I have a feeling that something will happen on draft night...

Same here. I could also see us for some reason trying to trade up for a high draft pick, idk what sgs there are though.

I doubt this is true. The Bulls were never high on Mayo closer to deadline day because they don't think Rose and him will be good together.

The Knicks wanted Brewer for Brewer lol. That would be a base trade.

Both KC Johnson and Sam Smith reported that the Bulls were high on Mayo...that the Johnson trade had a lot to do with putting together a package for Mayo...

From what I've read they were afraid of the chemisty and backed out. I also think if this was true, the Griz would accept. Maybe the Griz offered and Bulls declne. It makes way more sense. Def when the Griz were going to do a Mcroberts and a 1st round pick for Griz. This deal is better.

You have to read the articles those two wrote. The Bulls were all in on Mayo. Heisley, the Grizzlies owner has a problem with dealing with the Bulls. But I would like to see a link to the article you are talking about...

The Bulls had to have been high on Mayo if they were willing to give up 3 picks and Brewer for him. So glad Brewer is still with us though. Naming my puppy Ronnie on Monday.

That would have been a pretty dumb trade too. Corey Brewer isn't better then Ronnie Brewer anyway.

I personally wanted Courtney Lee. Always thought he was underrated since his days with the Magic.

IDK if Lee was overrated with the Magic. They couldnt go 2 minutes without praising him in the playoffs.

Yeah, Afflalo would have been perfect on this team.

On a side note, does anyone see him getting traded in the off-season by the Nuggets?......cause I'm thinking they'd keep him IMO. Regardless of trade offers. Anything is possible though.

It would take a lot, imo...he fits them very well, too.

Same here. He really has developed into a good player. Aaron Afflalo will only get better.

It's great to see so many good young PG's & SG's right now in the league.

I'm watching the denver portland game. I'd trade either Taj or asik all of our first rounders and the bobcats pick.

i think this is how affallo is. he's 25. How much better can he get? Honestly, i'd take affallo over a guy like andre igguolda.

watch this game, affallo is lighting it up. he's hit the last couple baskets. they were tough baskets in ot. Egh, this portland team is really bad on perimeter defense. roy, no knees; fernandez, andre miller, and wes mathews. mathews isn't bad, but no one else can gaurd affallo.
