I like the Jensen signing I think he's going to get more than $10M /yr though, he's one of the top C in the NFL. I am willing to pay the man. I would also cut Cohen and Goldman

If it was paces decision on Nagy he is at fault he picked the wrong coach but everything else I thought it was fine he was using money and FA to stack the team and hoped everything else would come together and now we are in a possible rebuild or a veteran defense that needs a young and up coming offense to improve and pick up the slack. I’m saying this without regards to who our coaches were… I seriously don’t know what happened to Leno and the defense after 2018 but players that were exciting and huge pieces to the success of the team either didn’t improve or got considerably worse and no fucking GM could of foreseen that the worst part was pace paid them. The one I hated the most was trevathan resigning…

Coaches didn’t use Leonard Floyd correctly and he didn’t see the value of keeping him but it doesn’t change he was a good player from the first round of that year he was easily top 10 best first rounder. Pace still got Mack that’s something he did. Dumbass. You’re so fucking clueless about how bad teams draft overall in the nfl it’s amazing. I bet you couldn’t name 5 teams that draft better without living at the bottom of the league every year(browns for example).

Ya don’t know why my phone capitalized it …. I put those names as players pace picked in the first or used first round picks for a player and yes those were hits regardless what people think of Floyd and fields Is still in the air imo.

Thanks for the clarification, I disagree.
He traded up into the top 10 for Floyd who wasn’t extended and has played his best football for another team.
Mack earns an absolute fortune, has been banged up a lot and played his best football for another team. Hasn’t been the game wrecker he was billed as anywhere close to often enough.
Fields is a question mark at this point as you alluded to yourself.
That leaves Roquan as the sole real hit

Not for BB. One of the reasons people say his assistants dont succeed as HCs is he rarely lets them take people from his staff. Unless it is someone he doesnt want.
He also famously refused to let McDaniels move up coachinh interviews which potentially cost him jobs.

Didn't see an OC, and that's the biggest red flag against Flores, he went through three in three years. Fields will be in HIS third system in three years, you want the third one to stick. I don't know if they still do, but Green Bay for years, on offense had the same "system," as far as terminology, core plays, etc. A new HC or OC would come in and tweak whatever, but the players "didn't have to learn a new language" when the new guy came in. That always struck me as smart. The Bears tried that on defense when Fangio left and Pagano came in. Pagano learned Fangio's language etc, making it easier on the players, but Pagano was obviously a completely different guy as far as play calling.

That's weird cause you go to Spotrac and it shows many vets who made like 500k this last year.
Either way my point is if we need to sign anywhere from 7-10 players or whatever then we can do that anywhere from that 750k to right around 1m if we need to.
