Simple question really. Do you believe in aliens?

I believe there must be life in the universe somewhere...it's too big for there not to be. That being said I don't believe little green men are in cahoots with the government either.

Please discuss.

I think if people had a better concept of how the conditions we find on earth are like winning the lotto one million times in a row, maybe we would take better care of the planet.

I heard an interview Michio Kaku and he said it's not a question 'if and where' other intelligent life is in the universe, but it's a question of 'if and when.'

That being said, it's highly narcissistic to think we're the only kids on the block.

Don't count out the youth that has some wisdom, because I have a pretty nice scam going on my block. Snow comes, I do driveways and you should see the free food these old ladies cook for me. Not to mention the woman down the street who works the men's counter at Macy's - she throws me those free samples of cologne all the time.

Yes I believe there are aliens out there in the universe, but even at our intelligence level we cannot get people further than our own Moon. We can just get objects out past our solar system. So my guess is there are other planets in other solar systems with life of varying levels of intelligence, but if they are anywhere near our level it will be a very long time before we have the capability to interact with them.

Even if there were more matured aliens who were 100 times as advanced as us, they would need to be developing tech to travel the stars and they would need to be close enough to us for it to matter.

I guess I think there are probably tons of other life elsewhere but either nothing close enough and smart enough to get near us or they are close enough and smart enough to be visiting/observing us without our knowledge.... I think the former rather than the latter TBH.

I think there are plenty of other intelligent life like ours. It is my guess they are about as advanced as we are too. Until someone has discovered how to travel faster than the speed of light (aka "warp speed") then I highly doubt we'll be meeting anyone any time soon. I just imagine space travel is a huge barrier that no one has overcome yet.
