I just went the guard/guard forward/forward center approach.

here's my list. It's hard to justify rose's presence on the list given the amount of games he missed, but he's so damn good that I can't omit him.

1.wade, kobe, lebron, durant, howard
2. westbrook, cp3, melo love, bynum
3. rose, rondo/nash/harden, smith, dirk/pierce/griffin garnett

I think you can make an argument that either rondo, nash, or harden deserves to be on the team. Similarly, dirk/pierce/griffin all could take a place on the team as well.

Pretty much agree but I would swap Parker and Wade. Wade didn´t do anything spectacular this season, while Parker leads the Spurs!

I would pick Parker over Rondo any day but this year Rondo has done crazy games for a point guard. 6 triple double games for a PG? This is sick! Maybe if DRose will be robbed that is something possible because people forget so easily, Tony Parker will be in his place.

I don't think Rose is going to make it this year based purely on injuries. They'll take CP3, Rondo, Parker, Kobe, Wade, and Westbrook over him.

I'd take noah over chandler any day of the year.

Also, wade shot 50% from the field. Admittedly, he took the 3 out of his game/plays on the heat, but it's still impressive.

i dont care/disagree with you about wade...i just dont see noah in consideration

This 1st team is smh a lock.

If Thibs doesn't get the coach of the year award and Ibaka the DPOY it will be lame.

When will these awards be announced?

LeBron is the defensive player of the year, but I agree about Thibs.

What about Popovich from the Spurs?

Thibs broke a record this year that will be broken again in 100 years and he has his team 1st with 100000 injuries. Popovich deserves it too but Thibs must win this.
