First, I wanna say that the only reason why I'm doing this on here is because I think it might help if I'm able to express myself in some way. I don't go to family and friends because I don't want to come off as complaining and I don't want people feeling sorry for me. Since I don't know anyone here personally, I figured I could just say my shit here.

To start... I seriously want to fuckin scream and just punch the shit out of somebody. My life is complete shit right now, and probably has been for some years.

I've got a piece of shit father that's never done anything but bring more shit into my life. Most recently, he has fucked me over with financial aid. He won't give me his documents to give to the school for aid... and that's restricting me from even getting loans. I know, I'm an adult... why not work and go to school like a lot of other people do and pay for it myself? Well, I was working. Unfortunately, I wasn't making nearly enough money to cover my gas, car, school, food, etc. On top of that, I'm stuck with thousands of dollars of medical bills that I've had to slowly pay off. I've got like 15k left of that shit. Plus, this semester I had to make a choice. Work more to make money so I can pay for my classes, but do poorly in my classes because I wouldn't had the time to study and shit... or, take less hours and make sure I got good grades. I chose the second option. Silly me, I guess. Now I have no money to pay for school and I can't register for classes next semester until I do. On top of all this pile of shit, I recently got diagnosed with an auto-immune disease. Hoo-ray for fuckin that, right?

Everything just sucks right now. I can't even look ahead and see anything positive. It's like every time I feel like things are gonna turn around, something else comes up and I'm getting sick of it.

Anyway... thanks for "listening" to me whine.

Well with school, that might be my only choice right now. I took a semester off a couple of years ago and told myself I wouldn't do that again until I finished... but shit happens, right?

Just curious, but can't you get private school loans without your dad's info?

Private loans aren't as good as subsidized loans, but if you are responsible at paying them off it really isn't much of a difference. I went this route when I transferred into college and decided not to work and go to school at the same time anymore.

I don't think I'll ever get approved for a loan right now with the debt I'm already in. Plus, I don't have any credit... so that'll complicate things, I'm sure.

I've been kinda down lately and I literally just came back from a 2 hour cruise by myself. I just blast music and sing my heart out along to it haha, oddly it helps. My life is currently kinda bad I guess. I'm lost as shit in life, if I had to put it in terms.

I've been a loner these past few months. All my friends just get hammered and they're pretty much losers, and thats all it is in my neighborhood, people like that. All the girls are just dumb sluts mostly. Not even in a good way. I don't even drink or get high. I've just been working on my music. Gonna hit up the studio this month, that should be fun. Do things you love to do, it helps. Sorry how old are you again? I always ask and forget. I just turned 21 this month. I think you're close to my age.

But yeah man. Shit sucks a lot. I never vent to people. cause like you said I hate when people feel bad for me. Makes me even more mad. But vent your ass off here haha its all good. I'm planning a trip to Ohio to see a buddy in jail and then make my way to Pittsburgh for a week to get away. I think Pittsburgh looks cool as hell.

I took the route of putting school on hold and make a pretty decent living. Of course I'd love to go back to school someday but a degree isn't as important as you may think. I have a good stable job with benefits and pretty good pay, but no degree to speak of. You just have to keep an eye out and keep searching for new opportunities.

I was able to get private loans with co-signers.... even my mom co-signed half my private loans and her credit really aint that great.

If you have other family who are better to you than your father, consider seeing if they will co-sign private loans for you.

Sorry to hear about your rough times bud...life is difficult as is and not having support from some members of your family only makes it that much more difficult. My only advice to you is keep your head up, have a positive attitude, and do what is best for you. You may have to put school on the back burner for now, but getting you selfish financially in a position to go back to school is going to be just as important. It sucks to take time off from school, but it will be better to be in school when you can not only afford it but have the time to commit to your studies. Not sure if you are already looking at doing this but maybe work full time and take 1 or 2 classes tops. This will allow you to get your finances straight but also keep your school load light enough where you can have time to study and do well in the classes you are taking. Either way I hope things turn around for you. I went through some tough times a few years ago and when you fight through it and you may come out of these times a little beat up, you will look back and be able to say when life kicked me in the teeth I was able to smile and fight back.

Yeah, I actually like going for a drive and listening to music too when I wanna clear my head or whatever hahaha. Used to be going for a run before I could drive. I'm 23, btw.

Also, sorry to hear that shit's hard for you too. You should vent to if you ever want. It actually helped a little haha. But yeah, getting away for a little while might not be such a bad thing.

Thanks a lot man. I usually deal with things quietly and get over it, but I guess I was just overwhelmed.
Taking a class while working full time is something I have contemplated. It sucks, but gotta do what you gotta do.
