Yeah, the 'always hurt' narrative has been fairly accurate. Even when they won a Superbowl he had a broken shoulder (labrum tear). Last year he missed the first 4 weeks recovering from that and this year he's been banged up the entire season.
To his credit he does go over the middle and takes massive hits from safeties/linebackers, but as an Eagles fan it's rare to do this, but I'm questioning why the GM Howie Roseman extended him this past offseason? He's pretty much uncuttable before 2021.

He's sort of like Nick Foles. Sure neither is a world beater, but for that 3 game stretch they became legend.

We spent the same money on Allen Robinson, which is younger and better than alshon at this point.
Good move by pace. Then again, Alshon never wanted to sign here so it's not like it was anything Pace did.
