AL should be strong this year outside of the Central. Tigers should own that division but that was the case last year as well. I don't think they will get off to the slow start though

Tiger 'pen is a problem and they don't have any real depth offensively or pitching wise. They would not survive an injury to Cabrera or Verlander. Silly to assume DL time for Verlander since he's been extraordinarily healthy but Miggy had ankle problems and he might start getting more ouchy if they have to play him 150+ again.

I think Tazawa ends up closing games in Boston and they go over 81 wins. It's possible that everyone in the east is within 10-15 games of each other.
