How many games does Andy Dalton start and how many does he win before Justin Fields takes over?

I wish it was 0 starts, but it'll be 1-4 and with the way this offense will function they'll be lucky to get a win. With Dalton starting the Rams and Browns will bend us over.

I think there is no way Dalton finishes the Browns game as the starter.

He will reluctantly start against the Rams and we will lose handedly. He will get the start against the Bengals and may do just enough to win against an underwhelming Bengals defense.

I wouldn't be surprised in the least if our offense has their usual slow start while Burrow throws a few TDs on us resulting in us being a score or two behind. In that case I could see Andy being benched against the team that ultimately casted him off.

But either way if Andy makes it to the Browns gane as starter I don't see him finishing. Fields will take over at some time to try and salvage the loss.

That would be ideal. Best way to prepare him for a real NFL game the following week. @nc0gnet0
While I harbor no false delusions about the Lions being a good team this year, I can't say the Bears looked any better against the Bills than the Lions did, and arguably worse. So if being a 5-6 win team makes you feel better than a 3-4 win team, I guess you got that to hang your hat on. I honestly hope the Lions go on to win 2-3 games max, TBH.

I think after the shit show on Saturday, Nagy honestly thinks Dalton is good, like he thought Foles was good. The Rams will kick his ass on National TV, Bears will be mocked and he will jump the gun and push Fields in for the week 2 start.

If Mitch can beat the team's ass like that, any team can. I think after going 3 & out 12 times opening night, the defense will give up on Nagy. Not sure how Fields will fair, but he's gonna be stepping in a crapfest.

Sure… It’s all doom and gloom now, but basically the entire Oline wasn’t out on the field against the Bills. (2 out of 5 for Dalton) People seem to forget that Dalton and Fields were being protected by the likes of Arby’ston Hamburgler and LochNess Samsonite.
I mean, when I called back to talk to their old college head coaches to find out what either of these guys could have possibly done to make themselves appear to the untrained eye that they had what it takes to play in the NFL… and Both coaches looked me dead in the eye and their response was the same.
“Nobody by that name ever played for me.”

The problem is, your starters aren't much better in regards to the O-line, and rest assured the O-line will suffer some injuries through the season, and this is your depth.

So they "looked you dead in the eye" when you "called back to talk to their old college head coaches?"
