Wow, and this is the 5th or 6th guy they had chased their tail on, that had nothing to do with any attacks. LOL Yet, they think they know who it is they want, and at the same time, they don't know. For cyber criminals, these guys are hilarious.

Here's a semi-relevant question. Can you use a Visa pre-paid debit card (not a gift card) with PayPal?

How so?

Isn't there a bit of a markup on those cards? Like a $20 card costs $25? Then, if you were to transfer the money to a Paypal account, won't you be paying for every transaction? To me, that's throwing away money on top of money. But, I'm a shanty cheapass.

If you are going make online purchases, get a credit card that you'll use specifically and only for on-line purchases and set a low credit limit on it. Worst case scenario if it's stolen you're not on the hook for oodles and oodles of dough.

I wasn't aware of any of that, thanks for the heads up. I have a PayPal account but have never used it before, obviously. The reason I asked is because I'm currently in the process of trying to sell one of my AR-15's and figured that if I could tie a pre-paid debit card to my account it would be a lot easier than having to go through all of the hassle involved with waiting for a check to clear. Plus, I don't currently have a bank account so I assumed that would be my only option. Is there anything I'm missing?

Sorry for the threadjack, Rush.
